Application | 9, 9-bis (4-aminophenyl) fluorene is an important chemical intermediate, mainly used for high thermal stability The synthesis of aromatic polyimides and epoxy resins, aromatic polyimides are high-performance materials that are resistant to thermal hydrolysis and oxidative degradation, with good electrical insulation and mechanical properties, can be widely used in photoelectric materials, adhesive materials, composite fiber materials and film materials. |
preparation | under the protection of nitrogen, 3.6g of fluorenone (20mmol),7.2g of aniline hydrochloride (55.6mmol),0.5g of sodium bisulfite (4.8mmol),8.8mL of aniline (96.4mmol) and 6mL of toluene are added to a 100mL two-neck bottle equipped with a water separator. Under stirring, it slowly rises to 120 ℃, the green liquid produced in the water separator is separated after 30min of reaction, the water produced in the water separator is separated after the temperature is maintained for 3h, then the water is slowly heated to 135 ℃, the temperature is maintained for 1.5h, and the reaction can be stopped when no water is generated in the water separator. The reacted material was cooled to about 60 ℃, 10wt% potassium hydroxide solution was added to the mixed solution, the pH value was adjusted to 9, stirring while hot for 15min, and then suction filtration was carried out. After washing with water, the filter cake was recrystallized with 30mL of toluene, and suction filtration again to obtain 6.55g of pure rice white product with a yield of 94%. |
